The hotel had a great balcony, smelt of smoke which was perfect for my two-year-old daughter. However, there wasn't much privacy. The staff was helpful in sorting out a room issue, and very friendly overall. The location is excellent for the beach access and Blues Fest at Broadbeach, but there was a noticeable cigarette smell in the entrance and the units seemed not entirely clean.
The apartment was tidy but did find we had to rewash the glasses and cutlery. The rooms were hot. The staff are extremely friendly, however, on arrival, we noticed a cigarette smell in the entrance. They were most helpful making excellent recommendations for local eateries and day trips. The location is handy to all this area has to offer. The dining experience was fantastic! Only a short walk to Pacific Fair and Crown, close to restaurants, and the beach.
The hotel offers a mix of fantastic and out-of-date features. The rooms have a very well-appointed kitchen but are kind of out of date. The service is friendly and professional, although there was a concerning incident regarding false information. The location is excellent, close to major attractions but affected by nearby construction. The dining options offer seasonal salads. Overall, a good value for money stay with some room for improvement.
